类似脑囊虫的脑转移瘤和脑实质型脑囊虫病的临床对比分析

通过对比分析 2 5例脑实质型囊虫病病人和与之相似的 2 5例脑转移瘤病人的临床和影像学特点 ,探讨其鉴别诊断要点。所有病例均行腰穿、头颅MRI平扫及强化。结果表明 ,脑转移瘤病人脑实质受损的症状、体征较脑实质型脑囊虫病明显 ,颅内压增高突出 ;影像学方面也各有其特点。提示 :脑转移瘤与脑囊虫病有相似之处 ,但应注重临床表现、脑脊液化验结果、脑脊液病理学和影像学的特征等 ,对鉴别诊断及治疗有重要意义

Clinical Analysis of Intracranial Metastases and Cerebroparenchymal Type Cysticercosis

To analyse the clinical features and imaging changes of intracranial metastases and parenchymal type cysticercosis and to investigate methods of differentiating diagnosis, 25 patients with intracranial metastases and 25 patients with cerebroparenchymal type cysticercosis were studied and their clinical features were compared. Lumber puncture and MRI scan and Gd-DTPA-enhanced MRI were performed in all patients. Dysfunction of central nerve and intracranial hypertension in intracranial metastases was more significant than in cerebroparenchymal type cysticercosis. The results suggests that clinical manifestations and result of lumber puncture and MRI have important significance for differentiated diagnosis and clinical therapy.
