| 摘 要： | 【目的】探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)儿童服用兴奋剂情况以及停药原因,以进一步规范ADHD儿童药物治疗。【方法】2007年3月-2008年9月期间诊断为ADHD的儿童83名,利用门诊或电话随访的方式,调查服药持续情况及停药原因。【结果】83名儿童中服药治疗38名,治疗率45.8%,男童32例,女童6例。其中服药最短1次,最长2年1月。【结论】加强ADHD卫生知识宣传,及时门诊及电话随访,改善家长对ADHD的认识,消除家长对兴奋剂副作用的顾虑,是规范用药的关键。
