| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨严重多发伤患者IL-8、ACTH、Cor血清浓度的变化。方法：采用放免技术（RIA）检测未经治疗的多发伤患者血清IL-8、ACTH、Cor的浓度并与健康人群进行对照。结果：严重多发伤后IL-8、ACTH、Cor血清浓度均高于正常对照组，且增高的程度与创伤的严重度呈正比。结论：严重创伤可使机体发生复杂的应激反应，其变化的检测对伤情的判断可能具有重要的临床意义。尽管创伤后机体ACTH浓度水平增高，仍需外援性皮质激素治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the changes of serum IL-8,ACTH and Cor concentrations in severe trauma(patients).Methods: The serum IL-8,ACTH and Cor concentrations were determined by radioimmunoassay and compared with the results of control group.Results: The concentrations of IL-8,ACTH and Cor were increased obviously after trauma,and the significant positive correlation was observed between the concentration and injury severity.Conclusion: The immediate and complex response to the injury can be used to estimate the severity of the trauma.Monitoring the changes of serum IL-8,ACTH and Cor concentrations may be of importance in the clinical practice. |
