0.08%氟虫胺灭白蚁饵剂防治白蚁的药效研究

目的研究0.08%氟虫胺灭白蚁饵剂对台湾乳白蚁和黄胸散白蚁的防治效果。方法在实验室内进行0.08%氟虫胺灭白蚁饵剂对2种白蚁的毒性、强迫取食和引诱试验,在现场进行防治2种白蚁群体试验。结果在毒性试验中台湾乳白蚁100%死亡的平均时间为8.4 d,黄胸散白蚁100%死亡的平均时间为12.8 d;在强迫取食试验中,台湾乳白蚁和黄胸散白蚁在51 h内均100%死亡;在引诱试验中,对台湾乳白蚁的引诱率为57.57%,对黄胸散白蚁的引诱率为47.57%;在现场防治白蚁群体试验中,消灭5个台湾乳白蚁群体所需饵剂量平均为31.2 g、平均时间为58.2 d,消灭2个黄胸散白蚁群体所需饵剂量平均8 g、时间平均为50 d。结论0.08%氟虫胺灭白蚁饵剂对2种白蚁具有良好的诱食效果和缓慢的毒杀作用,能够消灭2种白蚁的整个群体。

Efficacy of 0.08% sulfluramid bait against termites

Objective To study on the efficacy of 0.08% sulfluramid against Coptotermes formosanus,Reticulitermes flaviceps. Methods Having experiment to test the toxicity,coercively taking food and attraction of 0.08% sulfluramid,and its control efficacy against C.formosanus and R.flaviceps.Results In toxicity test,the average time for 100% mortality of C.formosanus and R.flaviceps were 8.4 days,while 12.8 days for R.flaviceps.In coercively taking food test,both C.formosanus and R.flaviceps were 100% dead in 51 hours.In attraction test,the attraction rate of C.formosanus was 57.57% and 47.57% for R.flaviceps.In field control test,it took average amount of 31.2 g bait to exterminate five C.formosanus groups,the average killing time were 58.2 days.It took average amount of 8 g bait to exterminate two R.flaviceps groups,the average killing time were 50 days.Conclusion 0.08% sulfluramid had good attraction and low poison.It could exterminate the whole group of C.formosanus and R.flaviceps.
