康艾注射液配合化疗治疗晚期结直肠癌

目的：观察康艾注射液联合FLOFOX4方案化疗在晚期结直肠癌综合治疗中的作用。方法：52例晚期结直肠癌患者随机分成康艾注射液加化疗（治疗组,26例）和单纯化疗组（对照组,26例）,治疗2周期后评价疗效。结果：治疗组有效率（42.3%）稍高于化疗组（34.6%）,但差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。治疗组不良反应中白细胞下降程度、肝功能异常的发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）,且治疗组对患者体力状况及中医临床证候的改善均明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：康艾注射液能一定程度提高晚期结直肠癌患者的近期疗效,减轻化疗毒副作用,改善常见临床症状,提高生存质量。

Clinical Observation of Combined Chemotherapy with Kang-ai Injection in Treatment of Advanced Colorectal Cancer

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and acute toxicity of combined chemotherapy with Kang-ai injection and FOLFOX4 regimen in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.Methods: 52 patients with advanced colorectal cancer were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n=26) received Kang-ai injection and chemotherapy, and control group (n=26) only accepted chemotherapy. The efficacy was evaluated after 2 cycles of treatment. Results:All patients completed the treatment schedule. The overall response rate (CR PR) in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group:42.3% vs 34.6% (P>0.05), with no significant difference between the two groups. The rate of main toxicity including leukopenia and disfunction of liver in the control group was lower than that in the control group conventional emotherapy group, with significant difference (P<0.05). Compared to control group,the paitents' state of physical performance and the clinical symptom were improved signifieantly.Conclusions: The Kang-ai injection could enhance the shortterm treatment efficacy of FOLFOX4 in advanced colorectal cancer, effectively meliorate the clinical symp toms and alleviate the side effects of chemotherapy, leading to imp rovement of the life quality of patients.
