生殖道病原体感染与输卵管妊娠的关系

目的 探讨解脲支原体、沙眼衣原体与输卵管妊娠的关系.方法 应用PCR技术检测78例输卵管妊娠患者(观察组)和65例因卵巢囊肿行附件切除术、无输卵管妊娠史患者组(对照组)的宫颈分泌物和输卵管组织中的解脲支原体、沙眼依原体DNA.结果 两组宫颈分泌物和输卵管组织检出解脲支原体DNA阳性率差异无显著性(P＞0.05).观察组宫颈分泌物和输卵管组织检出沙眼衣原体DNA阳性率明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 解脲支原体感染可能不是输卵管妊娠的主要致病病原体,而沙眼衣原体感染与输卵管妊娠的发生有关.

Relationship between Genital Tract Ureaplasma Urealyticum and Chlamydia Trachomatis Infection and Tubal Pregnancy

Objective To investigate the relationship between genital tract ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) and chlamydia trachomatis (CT) and tubal pregnancy.Methods 78 women with tubal pregnancy (study group) and 65 women with ovarian cysts and without tubal pregnancy (control group) were recruited in this study . Cervical secretion and salpinx tissue samples were collected to detect UU and CT DNA using PCR.Results There were not significant difference between study group and control group in the positive rate of UU DNA in cervical secretion and salpinx tissue specimens (P>0.05); The positive rate of CT DNA in cervical secretion and salpinx tissue specimens were significantly (P<0.05) higher in study group than in control group.Conclusion Genital tract UU infection may not be the main cause leading to the tubal pregnancy. Genital tract CT infection in women with tubal pregnancy was significantly more common than in those without tubal pregnancy, CT infection may be associated with an increased incidence of tubal pregnancy.
