埃索美拉唑、左氧氟沙星、阿莫西林三联法根除幽门螺杆菌疗效观察

目的观察埃索美拉唑、左氧氟沙星、阿莫西林1周疗法根除幽门螺杆菌（Hp）的疗效。方法选择90例Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组各45例。治疗组采用埃索美拉唑加左氧氟沙星加阿莫西林,治疗7 d后继续用埃索美拉唑20 mg,1次/d,疗程为3周。对照组采用埃索美拉唑加克拉霉素,加阿莫西林,治疗7 d后继续用埃索美拉唑20 mg,1次/d,疗程为3周。疗程结束4周后复查胃镜和Hp检查,观察Hp根除率,症状缓解率、溃疡愈合率和不良反应。结果治疗组和对照组的症状缓解率分别为95.55%和91.11%,溃疡愈合率分别为93.33%和91.11%,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,治疗组和对照组的Hp根除率分别为93.33%和75.55%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论治疗组Hp根除率优于对照组,能有效控制消化性溃疡、促进其愈合、缓解其临床症状,安全且耐受性好,是一种较为理想的治疗方案。

Triple therapy of esomeprazole,levofloxacin and amoxicillin combined for Helicobacter Pylori eradication

Objective To observe the effect of one week triple therapy of esomeprazole,levofloxacin and amoxicillin combined for Helicobacter pylori(Hp)eradication.Methods 90 patients with Hp infection Sufering from Peptic ulcer were divided into treatment group 45 cases and control group 45 cases.The treatment group were administered esomeprazole,levofloxacin and amoxicillinfor one week.The control group were administered esomeprazole,Clarithromycin and amoxicillin for one week.All patients were treated with esomeprazole for another three weeks.Four weeks later,the Hp eradication,symptoms,peptic ulcer healing and side-effects were observed.Results The Hp eradication rate in the treatment group and control group were 93.33%,75.55%,respectively.There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).The symptom ameliorate rate,puptic ulcer healing rate and side-efect rate between the treatment group and control group were 95.55% and 91.11%,93.33%and 91.11%,13.33% and 15.55%,respectively.The diference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion one week triple therapy of esomeprazole,levofloxacin and amoxicillin combined is the first choice for Hp eradication.
