| 摘 要： | 目的：保存严重缺损前牙。方法利用钉固位,预成冠修复前牙缺损。结果：缺损限于龈上的冠修复１、３、６年成功率分别为１００％、１００％、８４．８５％;缺损达龈下的冠修复１、３、６年成功率分别为１００％、８４％、４７．０５％。结论：缺损限于龈上的前牙严重缺损可用预成冠修复。 |

The treatment of the front teeth with large area defect by prepared crown |

| Abstract: | AIM: Reservation of the frontal teeth with large area defect. METHODS: The defecttive teeth were treated by prepared crown with nail as fixation design. RESULT: The effect of treatment of the teeth with defect limited to the supra- gingival area is better than the teeth with defect involved in the sub - gingival area. CONCLUSION: The frontal teeth with supra- gingival large area defect could be treated with porepared crown. |
