| 摘 要： | CD4 CD25 调节性T细胞是一类在免疫调节中不可缺少的T细胞群,并且认为它在外周耐受尤其是在母胎免疫耐受中起重要作用.它可通过许多途径来发挥免疫抑制作用,从而维持免疫耐受.该文综述了CD4 CD25 调节性T细胞的产生机制、它的表面标记和分泌的细胞因子所起的作用以及它与早期妊娠的关系.

| Abstract: | CD4~( )CD25~( )T regulatory cells(Treg) are an indispensable subset of T cells involved in immunoregulation.It is thought that Treg cells play a critical role in peripheral tolerance,especially in maternal immunotolerance to the fetus.Treg cells can exert their immunosuppression through many mechanisms,further maintain immunotolerance.The text reviewed derivation of CD4~( )CD25~( )T regulatory cells,roles of their surface markers and secreted cytokines and early pregnancy. |
