| 摘 要： | 在ＫＯＨ＿铬黑Ｔ底液中采用示波极谱法测乳酸饮料中微量钙。起始电位－０．４０Ｖ，峰电位－０７０Ｖ。在标样０～５μｇ／ｍｌ范围内线性关系良好。相关系数ｒ＝０９９９２。样品加标回收率为９３７％～１０２９％。变异系数ＣＶ≤３５１％。本法灵敏度高，重现性好。

Analysis of Micro-amounts of Calcium in Lactobacilli Drink by Oscillopolarographic |

| Abstract: | ? In a base solution of KOH_Eriochrome black T, we determined micro_amounts of calcium in lactobacilli drink by oscillopolarographic analysis. There was a sensitive polarographic wave at the potential of-0.70(Vs, SCE). In 0～5 μg/ml range, the standard Ca~2+ had a better linear correlation, r=0.9992. The spiked recoveries were in the range of 9367%～102.9%, and the coefficient of variation(CV)≤3.51%. This method has a good sensitivity and repeatability. |
