摘    要: 目的 研究多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者骨髓组织中组织因子(TF)的表达及其与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和骨髓血管新生程度的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学法对试验组32例初治/复发的MM患者、对照组32例缺铁性贫血患者和健康者骨髓组织的TF、VEGF表达水平和微血管密度(MVD)进行测定。结果 试验组与对照组的TF、VEGF阳性率分别为88 %、78 %;60 %、10 %。试验组与对照组TF、VEGF中位表达水平分别为(++) 、(++);(-)、(-);试验组与对照组中位MVD分别为4、0。试验组TF表达水平与血管新生程度等级相关性分析结果显示TF表达水平与血管新生程度呈等级正相关(rs=0.568,P<0.001)。结论 MM患者骨髓组织中的TF表达水平与VEGF表达水平高于对照组,与血管新生程度呈等级正相关。

Abstract:Objective To detect the expression of tissue factor(TF) in bone marrow (BM) of patients with multiple myeloma (MM), and to analyze the relationship among TF, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and the angiogenesis in MM. Methods TF, VEGF and mierovessel density (MVD) levels were detected by immunohistochemistry technique for bone marrow biopsy from 32 cases of newly diagnosed or relapsed MM patients and 32 cases of iron deficiency anemia or healthy volunteers. Results In bone marrow TF and VEGF positive rate in MM group and control group is 88 % and 78 %; 60 % and 10 % respectively. Median TF and VEGF expression levels in MM group and control group were "++" and "++"; "-" and "-" respectively, median MVDs were 4and O. Conclusion Both 'IF and VEGF expression in MM bone marrow are higher than those in normal bone marrow; and correlates with angiogenesis positively.
