无症状脑梗死136例临床资料回顾性分析

目的探讨无症状性脑梗死(ACI)的患病率、危险因素、影像学特征、临床表现及意义。方法观察136例在我院就诊并进行CT或MRI检查的患者,通过检查患者的血压、血脂、血糖和心电图,对无症状脑梗死的患病率、危险因素、影像学特征加以分析。结果ACI的患病率为34.0%,主要为腔隙性脑梗死,发生部位主要在基底节(47.3%)、放射冠(27.3%)和内囊(12.5%)。结论无症状性脑梗死主要发生部位是基底节、放射冠和内囊,高血压、糖尿病、心脏病、高脂血症和年龄是其主要危险因素,ACI是一种常见的缺血性脑血管病,应引起人们的广泛重视。

Clinical analysis of asymptomatic cerebral infarction in 136 patients

Objective To discuss prevalence, risk factors, changes of imaging, and the clinical manifestation of asymptomatic cerebral infarction (ACI) in 136 patients. Methods This study included 136 patients who had received CT or MRI examination; their imagings were obtained. Blood pressure, serum glucose and lipids, and EKG were studied. Prevalence, risk factors, changes of imaging and clinical manifestation of ACI were analyzed. Results ACI was found in 34.0% of all the patients. Most of ACI was lacunar infarction and located in basal ganglia (47.3%), corona radiata (27.3%), internal capsule (12.5%). Conclusions The main locations of ACI are basal ganglia, corona radiata, internal capsule. The risk factors of ACI are hypertension, diabetes, cardiac disease, hyperlipidemia and age.
