电针结合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

目的探寻治疗腰椎间盘突出症的较佳疗法。方法将120例患者随机分为治疗组（60例）和对照组（60例）。治疗组采用电针结合推拿治疗，对照组采用针刺结合推拿治疗。结果治疗两疗程观察疗效，治疗组总有效率为96．6％，对照组总有效率为88．3％，经统计学处理差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05），随访半年复发率治疗组为9．6％，对照组为16．9％，经统计学处理差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论电针结合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症能取得更好的疗效，且复发率低。

Clinical Research on Treating Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc with Electric Needle Combined with Tuina

Objective To search much more better methods for treating prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods 120 cases are divided into two groups at random, each one has 60 cases. One group is therapeutic group, another one is control group. Electric needle combined with Tuina treatment is used in therapeutic group. Acupuncture combined with Tuina treatment is used in control group. Results Observing curative effect after two periods of treatment,the total curative effect rate of the therapeutic group is 96.6% ,the total curative effect rate of the control group is 88.3%. By statistical research,the differences of curative effort between two group were obvious（P〈 0.05 ）. After follow-up investi- gation for half an year,the recurernce rate of the therapeutic group was 9.6% ,the rate of the contrapositive group was 16.9% ,by statistical research,the differences of recurernce rate between two group were obvious（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion We can get much more better curative effect by taking electric needle combined with Tuina method to treat prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc and the recurernce rate is lower.
