| 摘 要： | 目的观察肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)动脉插管化疗栓塞术联合多药耐药(MDR)逆转剂治疗含有门静脉瘤栓的原发性肝癌疗效。方法TACE术前同时开始使用三苯氧胺10mg,bid×30d,甲孕酮100mg,tid×30d。结果3个月、6个月、1年生存率分别为100%(58/58)、81%(47/58)、48·3%(28/58)。有效率63·2%。生存率与对照组相比差异有显著意义(P<0·05)。结论TACE联合MDR逆转剂治疗含有门静脉瘤栓的原发性肝癌能提高治疗效果,延长患者生存期,为肝癌治疗提供了另一种途径。
