| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨自制井字型头架（简称井字头架）在玻璃体腔注气治疗黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离术后护理中的作用。方法：抽查26例（26）眼，采用国产全氟丙烷（Perfluoro Propane,C3F3）玻璃体腔注气治疗黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离，术后使用井字头架加强体位护理。结果：视网膜复位24眼（92．3％）视力提高21眼（80．8％）。结论：自制井字型头架，应用于玻璃体腔注气治疗黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离的术后护理，病人配合良好，有较好的临床效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the using of home-made head rack in the postoperative nursing of macula hole retinal detachment.Methods 26 eyes with macula hole retinal detachment were treated with,Perfluoro propane(C3F8) injection,in postoperative position nursing,we provided home-made head rack for patients to maintain a prone position.Results Anatomical success was achieved in 24 eyes(92.3%),visual acuity improved in 21 eyes(80.0%).Conclusions In the postoperative nursing of macula hole retinal detachment,using home-made head rack is acceptable and effective. |
