摘    要:目的:观察兔肝粉和葵花籽粉对贵阳腐霉菌丝生长、产生游动孢子能力及灭蚊能力的影响。方法:将不同量的兔肝粉或葵花籽粉两种有机物质放入水中,观察贵阳腐霉菌丝生长、产生游动孢子能力及灭蚊能力。结果:少量(0.04~0.08g/L)兔肝粉或葵花籽粉可以促进贵阳腐霉菌丝生长和灭蚊能力,但减少游动孢子产量;当水中兔肝粉和葵花籽粉含量过高(〉0.16g/L),则会降低贵阳腐霉的灭蚊能力。结论:0.04~O.08g/L兔肝粉或葵花籽粉可促进菌丝生长,但抑制游动孢子释放,提高了贵阳腐霉的灭蚊能力;高浓度(〉0.16g/L)的兔肝粉或葵花籽粉对贵阳腐霉起到抑制作用。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the influence of rabbit liver powder and sunflower seed powder in water to Pythium guiyangense. Methods: Hyphal lengthes, fungual sporulation and virulence to Culex quinquefaciatus larvae were used as objective indexes to indicate the influence of rabbit liver powder or sunflower seed powder in water to P. guiyangense. Results: Small amounts (0.04 ~ 0.08 g/L) of rabbit liver powder or sunflower seed powder promoted hyphal growth rate, and the fungal virulence to mosquito, but reduced sporulation of the fungus. When there were big amounts ( 〉0.16 g/L) of rabbit liver powder or sunflower seed powder in water, the infection rates of the fungus to mosquito were reduced. Conclusions: Small amounts of rabbit liver powder or sunflower seed powder in water can promote hyphal growth and virulence of P. guiyangense by increasing nutrition for fungal development. But too high concentration of liver powder or sunflower seeds can cause organic pollution, which might inhibit fungal performance.
