贵州省县级综合医院卫生人力资源现状分析

摘    要:目的:研究贵州省县级综合医院的卫生人力资源现状,为今后合理的配置县级综合医院人员提供科学依据.方法:采用国家卫生统计网络直报系统,对2009年贵州省9个地区(市、州)的169家县级综合医院卫生人力资源进行统计分析.结果:贵州省9个地区(市、州)的169家县级综合医院平均每院职工人数为93人,其中卫生技术人员占职工总数的83.73%,行政管理和工勤人员占职工总数的16.27%;平均医护比为1∶0.96;大专、中专及以下学历职工最多,比例分别为36.2%和37.17%;本科及研究生学历人员比例较低,分别为23.47%、0.09%,无学历的比例为3.07%;高级职称的比例为3.99%,中级职称的比例为23.09%,初级职称的比例为59.34%,无职称的比例为13.58%,高级、中级、初级、无职称人数比值为1∶5.8∶14.9∶3.4.结论:贵州省县级综合医院人力资源数量较少,专业结构不合理,整体素质不高.

Abstract:Objective: To study the health human resource situation in Guizhou province, and so as to provide scientific basis for future rational hospital staff. Methods: Health human resources of 169 county state ) of Guizhou province in 2009 were statistically analyzed by general county general hospitals of allocation of county general hospitals in 9 areas (city, using national health statistical network direct report system. Result: The average number of workers in 169 county general hospitals was 93, in which health technical staff accounted for 83.73%, administrative staff and handymen occupied 16.27%. The average ratio for doctors and nurses was 1:0.96. Workers holding junior college education background and those holding technical secondary school education background and below composed the most part of the staff, and occupied respectively 36.2% and 37.17%. Rates of undergraduates and graduates were relatively low, and occupied respectively 23.47% and 0.09%. Workers with no education background occupied 3.07%. The workers with senior, medium, junior and no professional titles accounted for 3.99%, 23.09%, 59.34% and 13.58% respectively of which the proportions were 1:5.8: 14.9: 3.4. Conclusions: The health human resource in county general hospitals in Guizhou province is insufficient, the professional structure of the staff is unreasonable, and the whole quality of the staff is not high enough.
