两种培养基对卵母细胞体外成熟效果比较

目的：观察两种培养基在未成熟卵母细胞体外培养时,对卵子成熟及授精后胚胎发育的影响.方法：144枚未成熟卵母细胞随机分为两组行体外成熟培养,组1为囊胚培养基,共培养80枚卵子;组2为人输卵管液培养基,共培养64枚卵子培养,两种培养基除基础液不同,其余组分及含量均相同,比较两组卵子的体外成熟、受精及胚胎发育情况.结果：组1卵子成熟率（86.25％）明显高于组2（60.94％）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组卵子的受精率、卵裂率及优胚率无明显差异（P＞0.05）,但组1有优于组2的趋势.结论：两种培养基均可将未成熟卵母细胞培养成熟,但囊胚培养基更优于人输卵管液培养基,且方便配制,更适用于临床.

Comparison of the Effects of Two Kinds of Culture Media on Maturation of Human Oocytes in vitro

Objective： To compare the effects of two kinds of culture media on maturation of human oocytes in vitro, and to observe embryonic development in them. Methods：One hundred and forty - four immature human oocytes were randomly divided into two groups and cultured in vitro.
