2010~2012年我院住院患者麻醉药品使用情况分析

目的了解我院住院患者麻醉药品的使用情况和用药趋势。方法对我院HIS系统中收集的2010~2012年住院患者使用麻醉药品的品种、应用金额、用量、用药频度等进行统计和分析。结果我院麻醉药品销售金额呈逐年递增趋势。盐酸羟考酮控释片用量增长率最大。注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼的DDDs排序连续三年居首。吗啡三个剂型用量逐年上升明显。芬太尼透皮贴剂的用量逐年稳步上升,DDDs排序基本稳定。盐酸哌替啶注射液的销售金额及DDDs的排序都在逐年下降。结论住院患者麻醉药品的使用基本合理,但仍需加强用药教育以保证患者的用药需求。

Utilization of Narcotics in the Inpatients of Our Hospital During 2009-2011

Object ive To investigate the status and developing trend of the utilization of narcotics in the inpatients of our hospital. Methods The utilization of narcotics in the inpatients of our hospital during 2010 ~ 2012was analyzed statistically in respect of consumption amount,dosaged and DDDs etc.Results The sales amount of narcotic drugs in our hospital increased year by year.The growth rate of consumption amount of Oxyeodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets is bigest.The consumption amount of alfentanil Hydrochloride for Injection took the lead in terms of DDDs during the three years.The consumption amount of three dosage form of Morphine increased significantly yearly.The consumption amount of duragesic increased steadily year by year, DDDs sort of duragesic was basically stable,but the consumption amount and DDDs sort of meperidine hydrochloride injection declined year by year.Cone I us i on The utilization of the narcotics in our hospital was basically rational;however,education on drug use should be intensified to ensure patients＇ medication demand.
