| 摘 要： | 低位直肠癌是指肿瘤距离肛缘(或齿线)小于6 cm的直肠癌1,2]。低位直肠癌的治疗虽有人工肛门术式的改进,但就生活质量而言,仍不如保肛手术。现在低位直肠癌的手术治疗上已有了改进的方法,如全直肠系膜切除(TME)和吻合器的应用等。但对部分局部进展期直肠癌患者,因肿瘤位置偏低和侵犯范围偏大而暂时不能够作保肛手术的患者,则需寻求新的术前治疗方法,为保肛手术做准备,以使患者获得最佳的治愈机会而伴随最小的功能丧失和较高的生活质量。术前的放疗和化疗是目前常用的治疗方法,并取得了很好的疗效。1术前放化疗的方法1.1术前放疗的方法低位…

| Abstract: | To review the efficacy and toxicity of concomitant radio-chemotherapy as a preoperative treatment in patients with lower rectal cancer.Concomitant radio-chemotherapy plays an important role in sphinctersaving surgery.It is important to improve the quality of the patient's life even without increasing the survival or local control rates.preoperative radio-chemotherapy is effective and safe. |
