纤维蛋白粘合剂在豚鼠耳廓裂伤修复中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨采用纤维蛋白粘合剂粘贴的方法修复耳廓全层裂伤的可行性。方法 实验性耳廓全层剪开裂口,分别采用纤维蛋白粘合剂粘贴(实验组)或常规缝合法(对照组),术后定期分别取标本在光镜下观察裂口愈合情况。结果 实验组术后第1天起裂口皮肤和软骨间对接良好,而对照组第3天局部仍有缝隙,第5天软骨裂口才对接良好;实验组在整合愈合过程无明显组织反应和肉芽形成,而对照组第7天可见局部肉芽形成。至第28天,两组愈合

Abstract:Objective To clarify if fibrin adhesive can be used to repair the experimental auricular laceration in guinea pig.Methods Experimental auricular laceration were repaired by using fibrin adhesive and by routine suture method (control group). The healing difference was then observed under the light microscope in the certain interval postoperatively.Results There was good tissue connection between skin and cartilage layer from the first day on but not any obvious tissue reaction and granulation growing could be seen in the adhesive group; In the control group, there was not good connection could be seen until the fifth day but granulation growing could be seen in the seventy day postoperatively. In the 28th day postoperatively, there was not healing difference between two groups.Conclusion Using fibrin adhesive to repair the injuries involving cartilage is easy and feasible, especially in the ear auricle, nasal cavity and external auditory canal where the trauma can not be easily reparied by routine suture methods.
