| 摘 要： | 目的评价超声引导下注射凝血酶治疗医源性假性动脉瘤（pseudoaneurysm，PSA）的疗效。方法高频探头引导20G细针穿刺，对经股动脉穿刺介入诊治冠状动脉疾病术后的PSA患者30例，注射凝血酶栓塞治疗（UGTI），彩色超声动态观察瘤体内血栓形成情况，凝血酶总用量不超过200U，直至血栓形成；术后监测同侧远段动脉搏动和患者全身状况。结果30例行UGTI的医源性股动脉假性动脉瘤患者，瘤内血栓形成迅速，治愈率100％；所有患者无动脉栓塞发生。结论该法治疗PSA简便、安全、有效，可作为临床治疗PSA的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study clinical utility ofinterventional nonsurgical treatment in femoral pseudoaneurysms Methods 63 patients were treated by using ultrasound-guided compression repair（UGCR） or ultrasound-guided thrombin injection for the treatment of pseudoaneurysms（UGTI）.Results 25 patients underwent ultrasound-guided thrombin injection and 38 patients used ultrasound-guided compression repair. Thrombogenesis fastens and cure rate wasl00% in UGTI and 81.5% in UGCR.Conclusion We found UGTI is more convenient and safer for the therapy on femoral pseudoaneurysms, which can decrease the treatment time and ensure the clinical effects with few complication than UGCR. It can be spread and benefit the clinical treatment. |
