老年患者血浆脑钠肽水平与心血管疾病相关关系分析

目的探讨老年患者血浆脑钠素（BNP）水平与心血管疾病的相关关系。方法用放射免疫分析法测定了144例年龄超过75岁老年患者的血浆BNP水平，其中心血管疾病患者82例，慢性阻塞性肺病患者36例，无心肺疾病健康查体者26例。并对患者进行了6个月的随访。结果老年患者即使无心肺疾患，其平均血浆BNP水平高于正常水平（478．3±62．4 vs 100pg／ml）；心血管疾病患者的血浆BNP水平高于慢性阻塞性肺病患者（954．6±89．2 vs 597．1±81．6pg／ml，P〈0．05）；而慢性阻塞性肺病患者的血浆BNP水平高于无心肺疾患患者（597．1±81．6 vs 478．3±62．4pg／ml，P〈0．05）；且急性冠脉综合征患者的血浆BNP水平显著升高（4231．9±112．3 vs 996．6±42．5pg／ml，P〈0．05）。结论老年患者的血浆BNP水平高于正常；血浆BNP水平可以反映心血管疾病的严重程度，尤其是急性心血管事件的发生。

The analysis of plasma brain natriuretic peptide level of aged patients with cardiovascular diseases

Objective to explore the correlation of plasma brain natriuretie peptide level of aged patients with cardiovascular diseases. Methods the BNP level of 144 patients was assayed by radio immunoassay method, including 82 patients with cardiovascular diseases, 36 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and 26 healthy controls. Results the BNP level of healthy controls of aged patients was higher than normal limit（478.3 ± 62.4 vs 100pg/ml） ; the patients with cardiovascular diseases had higher BNP level than chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases （ 954.6 _＋ 89.2 vs 597.1 ± 81.6 pg/ml, P 〈 0.05 ）, the patients with coronary heart diseases had the highest BNP level（4231.9 ± 112.3 vs 996.6 ±42.5 pg/ml,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion BNP can reflect the severity of cardiovascular diseases, especially for patients with new onset coronary syndrome.
