慢性阻塞性肺病患者抑郁症状及影响因素

目的 观察慢性阻塞性肺病（ＣＯＰＤ）患者抑郁症状及影响因素。方法 ５６例作常规肺功能、营养体检指标测定和抑郁症状评分，其中３３例作６分钟行走距离（６ＭＷＤ）检测。对１６例体育锻炼组（ＥＧ）和４０例非体系锻炼组（ＮＥＧ）进行２年随访观察。１０年进行松静内养功锻炼４月。结果 ＣＯＰＤ组抑郁症状（ＤＳ）比同年龄健康对照组为重。ＦＥＶ１／ＦＶＣ．６ＭＷＤ和体重与ＤＳ呈负相关，有统计学意义。ＥＧ组２年随访时

Depression and it is influenced facters in chronic obstrictive pulmonary disease

Objective To study depression and it is influenced facters in chronic.Obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients.Methods 56 cases with COPD were examined their ventilatiry fuctions nutritional and parameters items,depression scores and 6 minutes wolking distance(6MWD)among 33 cases.16 cases tooking part in exercise traning and 40 cases no taling part were followed up for 2years.10 patients took rehabilition programs of Chinese traditional breathing training for 4 months.Results There were statistical difference in scores of depression between patients with COPD and healthy men(P<0.05).Relative analyses showed threr were the linear relationsh between scores of depression and FEV1/FVC or 6 MWD or body weight.There were no changes of depression scores in he patients tooking part exercise for 2 years,but the depression scores of those not taking part one became worse.Breathing exercise training could impreve scores of depression.Conclusion exercise tranings and are the effective methods to improve depression scores for COPD.
