| 摘 要： | １９７８年４月～１９９４年４月施行尸肾移植５９９例次，发生输尿管梗阻２９例，发生率为４．８％．梗阻原因中结石１６例（５５．２％），输尿管膀胱吻合口狭窄８例（２８％），其他为输尿管扭曲２例，血块２例，吻合口坏死完全梗阻１例．本组摘除移植肾８例，带肾存活１８例．
