| 摘 要： | 目的:分析甲状腺肿瘤的CT表现,探讨CT在甲状腺肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断的价值。方法:分析经手术病理证实的46例良恶性甲状腺肿瘤的CT表现,其中甲状腺腺瘤38例,甲状腺癌8例。结果:腺瘤平扫时低密度结节边界清晰;增强扫描有一定强化,其中22例显示瘤内强化结节及周边强化环。恶性甲状腺肿瘤平扫密度不均匀,边界不清;增强扫描强化不均,并向邻近组织侵犯。结论:CT在甲状腺肿瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断中具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the CT scan in differential diagnosis of thyroid neoplasm.Methods The CT findings of 46 cases of thyroid neoplasm were analyzed retrospectively,including 38 cases of thyroid adenoma,8 of thyroid carcinoma confirmed by operation and pathology.Results 22 cases of thyroid adenoma appeared a complete enhanced nodule and ring in peril-tumor.Thyroid carcinoma appeared motley density,the edges were unclear and infiltration of adjacent might be seen.Conclusion CT scan might take an important role in diagnoses and differential diagnoses of thyroid neoplasm. |
