机械通气治疗重度颅脑损伤并发神经源性肺水肿临床分析

摘    要:目的探讨机械通气在治疗重度颅脑损伤并发神经源性肺水肿中的作用。方法回顾分析新乡医学院第一附属医院神经外科30例行机械通气治疗的重度颅脑损伤并发神经源性肺水肿患者的临床资料,同时检测治疗前后肺部啰音、RR、SpO2、PO2及PaCO2的变化。结果机械通气治疗2h后,30例患者肺部啰音明显减少,甚至消失,RR、SpO2、PO2及PaCO2改善明显(P0.05)。结论合理应用机械通气是治疗重度颅脑损伤并发神经源性肺水肿的一种有效手段,可以降低神经源性肺水肿的病死率。

Clinical analysis of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury complicated with neurogenic pulmonary edema
Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury com‐plicated with neurogenic pulmonary edema .Methods Clinical data from 30 patients of severe craniocerebral injury complicated with neurogenic pulmonary edema who received mechanical ventilation were retrospectively analyzed .Pulmonary rale ,RR , SpO2 ,PO2 and PaCO2 were also detected before and after treatment .Results After two‐hour mechanical ventilation ,pulmonary rales significantly decreased or even disappeared ,and RR ,SpO2 ,PO2 and PaCO2 were improved in all 30 cases (P<0 .05) .Con‐clusion Rational application of mechanical ventilation is an effective method to treat severe craniocerebral injury complicated with neurogenic pulmonary edema ,which can reduce the mortality of neurogenic pulmonary edema .
