急性脑血管病患者血浆神经肽Y和神经降压素水平的测定与分析

目的探讨血浆神经肽Y(NPY)、神经降压素(NT)在急性脑血管病患者中的变化及作用。方法应用放射免疫分析方法测定急性脑血管病患者以及正常对照组的神经降压素(NT)和血浆神经肽Y(NPY)水平,并进行比较。结果脑出血组血浆NPY、NT水平均显著高于正常对照组(P0.01);与轻型脑出血组相比,中重型组NPY和NT含量显著升高(P0.01)。脑梗死组血浆NPY显著高于正常对照组(P0.01),NT含量高于正常对照组(P0.05);与轻型脑梗死组相比,中重度型脑梗死患者的NPY和NT含量显著升高(P0.01)。结论急性脑血管病患者血浆NPY和NT水平均升高,且随病情严重程度而增加,可作为反映严重程度的指标。

Analysis of the levels of NPY and NT in plasma in patients with acute cerebrovascular diseases

Objective To investigate the function and relations of plasma neuropeptide Y (NPY)and neurotensin(NT)in acute cerebrovascular disease .Methods The NPY and NT contents in plasma were determined by radioimmunological technol‐ogy in patients with acute cerebrovascular diseases ,and were compared .Results The levels of NPY and NT in plasma of pa‐tients with hemorrhagic cerebrovascular diseases were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.01) .Compared to the patients with hemorrhagic cerebrovascular diseases in minor group and moderate group ,the plasma levels of NPY and NT of severe group were significant higher(P<0.01) .The contents of NPY in plasma of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular diseases were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01) .The contents of NT in plasma of patients with ische‐mic cerebrovascular diseases were lower than those in control group (P<0.05) .Compared to the patients with ischemic cere‐brovascular diseases in minor group and moderate group ,the plasma levels of NPY and NT of severe group were significant higher(P<0.01) .Conclusion The levels of NPY and NT in plasma both increase during acute cerebrovascular disease .These changes are correlated to the degree of acute cerebrovascular disease .These changes can be regarded as factors to decide prog‐nosis of patients in early stage .
