综合护理干预在微创颅内血肿清除术的应用效果分析

目的探讨综合护理干预在微创颅内血肿清除术的应用效果。方法选择2013-11—2015-02我院收治的行微创颅内血肿清除术治疗的颅内血肿患者106例,随机分为观察组和对照组各53例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理干预。对比分析2组患者运动功能、术后生活自理能力及并发症的发生率。结果护理干预后,2组患者的Fugl-Meyer评分均较护理干预前明显提高,观察组Fugl-Meyer评分和生活自理能力明显高于对照组;观察组护理干预后并发症的发生率22.64%(12/53)明显低于对照组47.17%(25/53),差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论综合护理干预在颅内微创血肿清除术中的合理应用可有效改善患者的运动功能和生活自理能力,降低并发症的发生率,值得临床推广应用。

The application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients treated by minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma

Objective To study the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients treated by mini mally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma.Methods We selected 106 cases treated by minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma in our hospital from November 2013 to February 2015,and randomly divided them into observation group and control group,53 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given routine nursing care while observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.Then motor function,life self-care ability and the incidence of complications after surgery were compared between two groups.Results After nursing intervention,Fugl-Meyer scores of two groups improved obviously compared with before nursing intervention.Furthermore,patients in observation group had better Fugl-Meyer scores and life self-care ability,and had lower complication rate of 22.64％ relative to 47.17％ in control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention may deserve to be applied for clinical therapy for patients treated by minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma,as can effectively improve patients' motor function,life self-care ability,and can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
