舒血宁注射液联合鼠神经生长因子治疗2型糖尿病伴脑梗死的疗效观察

目的观察舒血宁注射液联合鼠神经生长因子治疗2型糖尿病伴脑梗死的临床疗效。方法以我院2012-04—2014-12收治的60例2型糖尿病伴脑梗死患者为研究对象,随机双盲法将其分为2组各30例,对照组采取舒血宁注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合鼠神经生长因子治疗,比较2组临床疗效、不良反应、治疗前后NIHSS(美国国立卫生研究院神经功能缺损)评分。结果观察组治疗后NIHSS评分(10.1±5.2)分,与对照组的(14.6±6.4)分比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。观察组总有效率90.0%,显著高于对照组的66.7%(P0.05)。另外,2组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论舒血宁注射液联合鼠神经生长因子治疗2型糖尿病伴脑梗死疗效明确,能明显改善神经功能缺损症状,安全可靠,值得临床推广。

Observation of Shuxuening injection combined with mouse nerve growth factor in the treatment of type 2 dia-betes with cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shuxuening injection combined with nerve growth factor in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty cases of patients with type 2 diabetes with cerebral infarc‐tion admitted into the hospital from April 2012 to December 2014 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups by randomized double blind method with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shuxuening in‐jection while the observation group with combined mouse nerve growth factor based on the therapy of the control group.The clinical curative effect ,adverse reactions and NIHSS (National Institute of Health stroke scale) scores before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The NIHSS of the observation group was 10.1 ± 5.2.Compared with 14.6 ± 6.4 of the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).The total effective rate of the ob‐servation group was 90.0% ,which was significantly higher than 66.7% of the control group (P <0.05).In addition ,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion The curative effect of Shuxuening in‐jection combined with mouse nerve growth factor in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with cerebral infarction is clear ,which can significantly remit the symptoms of neurological deficit ,safe and reliable and is worth clinical promotion.
