| 摘 要： | 目的：探索简易动态疗效观察指标。方法：对５６例（男３２，女２４）腰椎间盘突出症住院病人的康复治疗作了观察，尤其详细记录了直腿抬高试验和拇趾背伸、跖屈试验的动态变化过程。结果：多数病例上述试验很好反映病人康复疗效变化过程。结论：直腿抬高试验和拇趾背伸、跖屈试验为动态观察腰椎间盘突出症（腰４、５，腰５骶１）良好指标。

| Abstract: | Objective: Approach the simple and dynamic parameters for observation on effect. Method: Based on 56 inpatient cases (male 32, female 24)during 2. 5 years, the observation on effect of rehabilitation therapy, especially Lasegue'ssign and M. extensor and flexor hallacis tests were observed. Results: The above metioned tests were responsible the effect oftherapy in the most of cases. Conclusion:Lasegue's sign and M. extensor and flexor hallucis tests were suggested for dymamicobservation on effect of rehabilitation therapy in IDP. |
