红细胞免疫功能与幽门螺杆菌感染慢性胃炎的相关性研究

目的　探讨红细胞免疫在幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)感染慢性胃炎发病机制中的作用。 方法　Hp阳性慢性胃炎 91例 ,给予抗Hp三联 (胶态铋、阿莫西林和甲硝唑 )和普瑞博思治疗 2周 ;Hp阴性慢性胃炎 2 2例 ,给予思密达和普瑞博思治疗 2周 ;治疗前及治疗结束后 2个月分别进行胃镜及Hp检测并测定红细胞免疫功能及胃粘膜屏障 (GMB)功能。 结果　治疗前Hp阳性组与Hp阴性组比较红细胞免疫功能降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,GMB功能差 (P <0 .0 5 )。治疗后 2个月随着Hp的清除 ,红细胞免疫功能得到改善 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,GMB功能明显改善 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但两组Na+ 渗出量无显著差异。结论　慢性胃炎红细胞免疫功能降低与Hp感染存在相关性。

Abnormal erythrocytic immuno-function of chronic gastritis with Helicobacter pylori

Objective To examine effect of immunologic function of erythrocytes in pathogenesis of chronic gastritis infected with Helicobacter pylori (Hp).Methods Ninty-one patients with Hp + chronic gastritis were treated with combined 3 drugs of anti-Hp (colloidal bismuth subcitrate,amoxicillin,metronidazole )plus prepulside for two weeks,and 22 patients with Hp - served as control,treated with prepulside and smecta for two weeks.Immunofunction and gastric mucosal barrier (GMB) status were examined before and 2 months after treatment.Results Compared with those of Hp - group,immunologic function of erythrocytes in Hp + group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and weaker status of GMB(P<0.05) in Hp + group.Treatment with anti-Hp improved gastric erythrocytic immunofunction and GMB at 2 months after treatment,but the Na+ exudation was not significantly different in two groups.Conclusion Alteration of immune function of red blood cells in chronic gastritis correlates to Hp infection.
