| 摘 要： | 目的:观察得宝松(复方倍他米松)治疗血管瘤的临床效果.方法:181例血管瘤患儿分为治疗组110例病对照组71例.治疗组应用得宝松作血管瘤瘤体局部注射;对照组口服奔抟酸泼尼松.结果:治疗组好转率96.4%,对照组76.0%.治疗组基本治愈81.8%,对照组52.1%,治疗组治愈率52.7%,对照组16.9%,总有效率治疗组96.36%,对照组76.05%(P＜0.01).结论:得宝松局部瘤体注射治疗血管瘤具有显著疗效,值得临床推广应用.
