丹红注射液治疗胸痹200例临床分析

目的：探讨丹红注射液治疗胸痹的临床疗效。方法：随机将分为实验组与对照组,实验组除了常规西药治疗外,加用丹红注射液,对照组常规西药治疗。结果：实验组治疗效果明显优于对照组,出院后发作次数明显少于对照组,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论：常规西药加用丹红注射液治疗胸痹心痛在临床上具有较好的疗效,可以提高患者生活质量降低发作次数。

Clinical analysis on treating 200 cases of thoracic obstruction with Danhong injection

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Danhong injection on thoracic obstruction. Methods： The patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine western medicine therapy, while the treated group was given Danhong injection more. Results： The therapeutic effect in the treated group was significantly better than that in the control group and had less attack times, with significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The routine western medicine combined with Danhong injection had better efficacy on treating thoracic obstruction in clinical, improving the life quality of the patients and reducing the attack time.
