摘    要:目的:探讨短期胰岛素强化治疗及配合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能的短期影响。方法:对40例2型糖尿病患者随机分为单纯胰岛素泵组(n=20)、胰岛素泵配合二甲双胍组(n=20),比较2周强化治疗前后两组C肽释放试验结果。结果:治疗后两组C肽水平升高,C肽曲线下面积(AUCC)有统计学意义,单纯胰岛素强化组餐后C肽水平较疗前明显升高,有统计学意义(P〈0.05),二甲双胍联合组C肽水平较疗前升高不明显,无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论胰岛素泵联合二甲双胍组保护胰岛β细胞功能可能是通过二甲双胍改善胰岛素抵抗(IR)而实现的。

Short-term insulin pump treatment and Metformin on C-peptide
Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of short-term continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion (CSII) combined with metformin on type 2 diabetes patients with pancreatic β-cell function. Methods: 40 patients of T2 DM were randomly divided into two groups, 20 in each group. The control group was given simple CSII, while the treated group was given CS II combined with metformin. C-peptide in the two groups were compared before and after 2 weeks of treatment. Results: After the treatment, the treated group was as effective as CSII group in AUC of C peptide (P〈0.05). Postprandial C-peptide in the control group was remarkably higher than the that in the treated group, but no differences were found in the treated group. Conclusion: β cell function in CSII combined with metforrnin group may improve by insulin resistance with metformin.
