基质金属蛋白酶7及其组织抑制因子在子宫内膜癌中的表达及意义

目的:通过研究基质金属蛋白酶7(MMP-7)与其组织抑制因子2(TIMP-2)在子宫内膜癌中的表达,探讨MMP-7、TIMP-2与子宫内膜癌临床病理特征之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组化方法(S-P法)对40例子宫内膜癌、12例子宫内膜不典型增生、12例正常子宫内膜中的MMP-7、TIMP-2进行检测,并进行比较研究。结果:MMP-7在子宫内膜癌、子宫内膜非典型增生中的阳性表达率高于对照组(P<0.05);TIMP-2在子宫内膜癌中的阳性表达率高于对照组(P<0.05)。随着子宫内膜癌病理分级增高及肌层浸润深度增加,MMP-7/TIMP-2比值亦增加,相互之间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:MMP-7与TIMP-2的表达与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展密切相关,MMP-7/TIMP-2比值随着子宫内膜癌病理分级的升高、肌层浸润深度的增加而增高。

Expression and significance of matrix metalloproteinase-7 and its tissue inhibitor in human endometrial carcinoma

Objective:To study the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-7(MMP-7) and the tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2(TIMP-2) in human endometrial carcinoma,and to explore the relationship between their expressions and the clinical pathological characteristics of endometrial carcinoma.Methods:The expressions of MMP-7 and TIMP-2 in 40 cases of endometrial carcinoma,12 atypical endometrial hyperplasia,and 12 normal endometrial tissues were determined by S-P immunohistochemical method.Results:The positive expression rate of MMP-7 in endometrial carcinoma and atypical endometrial hyperplasia was significantly higher than that in normal endometrial tissues(P < 0.05).The positive expression rate of TIMP-2 in endometrial carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal endometrial tissues(P < 0.05).The ratio of MMP-7 to TIMP-2 increased with the pathological grades and infiltration degrees in endometrial carcinoma(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The expressions of MMP-7 and TIMP-2 are closely correlated with the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma.
