| 摘 要： | 用头孢克罗干糖浆治疗小儿上呼吸道感染和下呼吸道感染共３２例，选同期就诊且病情相同患儿３３例，以青霉素，氨苄青素联合用药治疗作对照比较。其结果：头孢克罗干糖浆对上呼吸道感染疗效与对照组一致，对下呼吸道感染疗效显著优于对照组（Ｐ〈０．０５）。

| Abstract: | Sixty-five hospitalied children (3mo-12a) with respiratory tract infections werebranched out into groups,the therapy group and the comparison group thirty-two patients of thetherapy group were,treated with cefaclor dry syrup Thirty-three patients of the comparison gyoup were treated withh penicillin and ampicillin the result indicated that the, effects of two groupswere dientical in thtrapying upper respiratory tract infectious and the effects of the therapy groupwere more distinct than the comparison group in therapying lower respiratory tract infections (P<0. 05) |
