| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经脑沟入路切除侧脑室三角区肿瘤的意义。方法 回顾性总结了经脑沟入路治疗的35例脑室三角区病变的手术效果。结果 其中脑膜瘤24例（均行全切除），丘脑枕部胶质瘤11例（无数为近全切除）：术后CT、MRI随访全部病例中，31例脑组织手术痕迹不明显；沟旁脑组织无明显软化、挫伤的表现；4例可隐约看到沟旁皮层水肿或软化。结论 脑沟入路工除侧脑室三角区病变是可行的，且有助于减少脑组织的损伤。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe into the significance of treating lesions in the trigone of the lateral ventricle with trans-sulcus approach. Methods The post-operative results of the 35 cases who were treated on with trans-sulcus approach were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among the 35 cases, 24 of meningiomas were totally removed, but the other 11 of gliomas were subtotally removed. Post-operative CT or MRI showed no obvious sign of contusion in para-sulcus region in 31 patients, only 4 cases show a little edema. Conclusion Trans-sulcus approach is helpful in reducing cerebral injury when treating lesions in the trigone of the lateral ventricle. |
