| 摘 要： | 目的探讨选择性肌皮神经分支部分切断术治疗脑瘫病儿肘部痉挛状态的治疗效果.方法回顾性分析65例（81侧）肘部痉挛状态病人的病历资料.结果病人术后均感肘部痉挛状态缓解,术后6周运动功能改善75侧（92.6%）.平均随访26个月,肘部痉挛状态缓解77侧（95.1%）,运动功能改善73侧（90.1%）,生活质量提高61例（93.8%）.结论选择性肌皮神经分支部分切断术是治疗脑瘫病儿肘部痉挛状态安全有效的显微外科手术方法. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of selective partial neurotomy of musculocutaneous nerve for the treatment of elbow spasticity due to cerebral palsy. Method Sixty-five cases of elbow spasticity with 81 paralyzed elbows treated by selective partial neurotomy of musculocutaneous nerve branch were retrospectively analyzed. Results The spasticity was relieved greatly in all the patients immediately after the operation. Six weeks after the operation, the motor function was improved in 75 elbows (92.6%). Follow-up lasted for 26 months in average. The spasticity was relieved in 77 elbows (95.1%), the motor function improved in 73 elbows (90.1%) and the quality-of-life improved in 61 cases (93.8%). Conclusion Selective partial neurotomy of musculocutaneous nerve branch provides an effective and safe microsurgical approach for the treatment of elbow spasticity in children with cerebral palsy. |
