| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜在小儿外科急腹症诊断和治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析和总结118例腹腔镜诊治急腹症的效果。结果118例经腹腔镜检查全部明确诊断并同时完成治疗,7例中转开腹,无1例出现并发症和死亡。结论腹腔镜诊治急腹症具有确诊率高、创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点,具有良好的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnostic value and the operative experience in the treatment of acute abdomen in children with laparoscopy.Methods To review the effect of diagnosis and treatment with laparoscopy in 118 cases of acute abdomen in children.Results All cases were correctly diagnosed and treated by laparoscopy,with the conversation to open operations in 7 cases.Conclusion The diagnosis and treatment of the acute abdomen in children with laparoscopy give a higher correct diagnosis rate,minimum trauma,fast recovery and less complication.Therefore this method has an excellent clinical application. |
