| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以HPLC法测定一类中药牛蒡苷原料含量的方法。方法:采用C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(25∶75),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为280 nm。结果:牛蒡苷在0.250 5～1.503 mg/ml的浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为101.01%,RSD为0.48%。三批样品的牛蒡苷含量分别为95.28%、94.92%9、5.84%。结论:本方法灵敏度高、专属性强、重现性好,可作为一类中药新药"牛蒡苷胶囊"中牛蒡苷原料的含量测定方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To set a method for determination of arctiin in Class One Traditional Chinese Medicine arctiin raw material by HPLC.Method： The analytical column was Thermo C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）,the mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-water（25∶75） at a flow of 1.0 ml/min.The wavelength of UV detector was 280nm.Result： The linear of arctiin was 0.2505~1.503 mg/ml.The average recovery was 101.01% with a RSD of 0.48%.The content of arctiin in 3 batches of sample were 95.28%、94.92%、95.84%.Conclusion：This method possesses excellence of simplify manipulation,high veracity and nicer repeatability.It can content the need of determinate of arctiin in arctiin raw material. |
