| 摘 要： | 目的:提升水蒸气蒸馏法提取荆芥穗挥发油技术,完善质量标准。方法:以荆芥穗挥发油得率及胡薄荷酮含量作为指标,采用正交试验设计,通过高效液相色谱法进行含量测定,筛选最佳提取工艺。结果:水蒸汽蒸馏最佳工艺为荆芥穗不粉碎、浸泡40 min、回流提取时间5h。结论:该工艺可以获得较高的提取率,节省资源;分析方法具有良好的精密度和重现性。
