| 摘 要： | 目的:研究不同产地的车前种子寄藏真菌优势菌群和带菌量差异,比较不同药剂处理车前种子的消毒效果,为车前种子预防保健处理提供依据.方法:采用PDA平板检测法对全国20个产地的车前种子进行带菌检测,并测定了7种杀菌剂对车前种子的消毒效果.结果:车前种子表面携带的主要真菌类群为曲霉属、青霉属和根霉属等,种子内部寄藏真菌主要包括曲霉属和根霉属.供试的7种杀菌剂对车前种子均有一定的消毒效果,其中50％多菌灵和81％甲霜？百菌清WP这两种药剂对车前种子消毒处理效果最显著.
