| 摘 要： | 某些中药及天然药物来源的成分具有肯定的抗结肠癌作用,它们可以通过调控基因表达抑制细胞增殖及诱导细胞凋亡、作用于肿瘤细胞的细胞周期、诱导细胞凋亡并阻断细胞周期等途径发挥抗结肠癌作用,其结构各异,为探索抗肿瘤新药研发提供了依据,并为药物结构的修饰奠定了基石。 |
