| 摘 要： | 目的:观察热敏灸治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法:纳入198例受试者,随机分成两组,其中试验组100例,采用针刺加热敏灸疗法;对照组98例,为针刺加普通艾条灸。结果:试验组治疗周围性面神经麻痹总有效率为88%,对照组为75.50%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组治疗后症状积分较治疗前都有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),且治疗后症状积分试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺加热敏灸组治疗周围性面神经麻痹的效果优于针刺加普通艾条灸组,热敏灸治疗周围性面神经麻痹值得临床推广。
