| 摘 要： | ①目的观察人发角蛋白人工腱的临床应用效果。②方法应用人发角蛋白人工腱移植修复四肢肌腱、韧带缺损及周围神经损伤共５１例。手术方法：对肌腱缺损行人发角蛋白人工腱移植修复术，对周围神经损伤和关节韧带损伤行人发角蛋白人工腱功能重建术，对跟腱断裂行人发角蛋白人工腱“８”字缝合修补加固术。缝合方法均用可吸收缝合线行编织缝合。术后患肢用石膏制动２８～４２ｄ．术后随访时间为６０～３９０ｄ．③结果５１例手术全部成功。患肢功能恢复优良率为９６．１％．多数病人切口可达到一期愈合。术后腱体无粘连，患肢功能恢复好。④结论人发角蛋白人工腱是一种较理想的生物材料，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of human hair keratin artificial tendon in clinical application. Methods Human hair keratin artificial tendon was used for repairment and reconstruction of 51 patients with tendon and ligament rupture or defect and peripheral nerve damage. P cast immobilization was applied for 28 to 42 days postoperatively and then rehabilitation ensued. Results All the operations were successful. Follow up study of 60 to 390 days revealed that the recovery rate of the treated limbs was 96.1%. In most cases the wound healed by first intention recovered well. Conclusion Human hair keratin artificial tendon is an ideal tendon material and well worth clinical application. |
