补气养阴除湿法治疗复发性口腔溃疡临床观察

目的：观察补气养阴除湿法治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法：设立治疗组和对照组，治疗组予以自拟补气养阴除湿汤加减治疗；对照组予以复合维生素B片、维生素C片、左旋咪唑片治疗。结果：治疗组和对照组在总体疗效、治疗前后症状积分、疗程结束后3个月及6个月复发例数方面比较，经统计学处理，均有显著性差异（P〈0．05），提示治疗组优于对照组。结论：补气养阴除湿法治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效确切，无毒副反应，是治疗复发性口腔溃疡的有效方法之一。

Clinical Observation of Using Tonifying-Qi Nourishing-Yin Dampness-eliminating Method to Treat Recurrent O-ral Uiceration

Objective： To observe the effect of tonifying-Qi nourishing-Yin dampness-eliminating method on treating idio- pathic oral ulcer. Methods： To build up treatment group and controlled group. Giving treatment group for Seff-made Tonifying- Qi Nourishing-Yin Dampness-e｜iminating Decoction, and multi-vitamin B, vitamin C and levomisole for controlled group. Re- sults ： The total effect and scores of symptoms and signs between the treatment group and the controlled group were compared after 3 months and 6 months treatment in the aspect of recurrence. By statistics, it was different （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The results showed that the treatment group was prior to the controlled group. Conclusion： Tonifying-Qi nourishing-Yin dampness-eliminating meth- od on treating idiopathic oral ulcer is effective with no side effect. It is an effective method to treat idiopathic oral ulcer.
