瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗冠状动脉慢血流患者60例临床观察

目的观察他汀类药物对冠状动脉（简称冠脉）慢血流（CSF）患者脑循环影响．间接证实他汀类药物对CSF的疗效。方法将60例CSF患者于冠脉造影术后予瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗，连续治疗2个月。检测治疗前后基础临床情况，大脑左、右中动脉及基底动脉血流速度变化情况，统计临床疗效。结果治疗后CSF患者体质量指数、血压、白细胞计数、血小板、红细胞沉降率、高密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯等与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）较治疗前明显降低（P〈0．05）。治疗后左、右大脑中动脉、基底动脉血流速度较治疗前明显改善（P〈0．05）。结论瑞舒伐他汀钙片可明显改善冠脉慢血流患者脑循环血流速度，间接表明他汀类药物可能改善冠脉慢血流患者的冠脉血流速度。

Evaluation of cerebral circulation in patients with slow coronary flow before and after treatment with rosuvastatin

Objective To investigate the effect of statins on the cerebral flow velocity in patients with coro nary slow flow（CSF） and assess the efficacy of statins on CSF indirectly. Methods A total of 60 patients suffering from chest pain with angiographically proven CSF constituted the study group; The patients were taken rosuvastatin. The average peak systolic and diastolic and mean flow velocities of left and right the middle cerebral artery and basilar artery were measured, and recorded by transcranial Doppler uhrasonography. Results There was no significant difference between before and after treatment on body mass index, blood pressure, white blood cell count, platelet count,erythrocyte sedimentation rate, HDL and TG（ P 〉 0.05 ）. There was significant difference between before and after treatment on TC, LDL and hs - CRP（ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment with rosuvastatin for 2 months, both fight and left middle cerebral and basilar artery peak systolic, end diastolic and mean flow velocities were significantly faster than before treatment （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Rosuvastatin significantly improved cerebral circulation in patients with slow coronary flow, it may be proved that statins can improve the coronary flow velocities in patients with slow coronary flow phenomena indirectly.
