腧穴热敏灸治疗妇科腹腔镜术后腹胀患者的疗效观察

目的：对腧穴热敏灸在促进妇科腹腔镜术后患者术后胃肠功能恢复情况的疗效观察，进一步扩大中医药特色疗法在围手术妇科患者中的应用范围，也为中西医结合摸索出一条新思路。方法：按照随机数字表顺序将住院妇科腹腔镜术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组，其中观察组采用腧穴热敏灸，对照组采用普通艾条灸，治疗后观察两组施灸后肠鸣音出现时间、首次肛门排气情况、首次排便情况，以及腹胀改善情况。结果：观察组改善腹胀有效率为95．23％，对照组有效率80％，观察组能明显缩短肛门排气、排便情况。结论：腧穴热敏灸治疗妇科腹腔镜术后腹胀疗效显著，值得临床进一步推广。

Curative Observation of Heat-sensitive Moxibustion Therapy on Treating Abdominal Distension after Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

To observe the clinical effects of heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy on the recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients after the gynecologic laparoscopic surgery, and further to expand the therapy of heat-sensitive moxibustion in the use of gynecopathy perioperative patients, meanwhile, to find out a new way to combine Traditional Chinese Medicine and western med- icine. Methods： The patients with gynecologic laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into observation group and contro]led group according to random number table order. Heat-sensitive moxibustion was used in the observation group while common moxi- bustion was used in the controlled group for twenty-four hours. The first time of bowel sounds appearance, anus exhaust situa- tion, defecation situation and the situation of abdominal distension improvement was all observed. Results ： The total effective rate of improving abdominal distension was 95.23% in observation group, while for the controlled group was respectively 80%. The first time of anus exhaust and defecation in the observation group were obviously shorten in the observation group. Conclusion：The curative effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion on treating ＇abdominal distension after gynecological laparoscopic surgery is supe- rior to that of the controlled group and is worthy of further promotion in clinical application.
