针刺手法配合牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病临床研究

目的：观察针刺手法配合牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：将120例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为两组：治疗组60例，给予针刺手法配合牵引治疗；对照组60例，单纯给予针刺治疗。各组均每日治疗1次，5次为1个疗程，休息2d后，进行下一个疗程。4个疗程后，评估疗效。结果：治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为95．0％、71．6％，治疗组与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。两组患者治疗前后中医症状积分比较，治疗组有非常显著性改善（P〈0．01），对照组则有显著性改善（P〈0．05）；在治疗前后中医症状积分差上，治疗组与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。提示针刺手法配合牵引治疗疗效优于单纯针刺治疗。结论：针刺手法配合牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效确切，值得在临床推广应用。

Clinical Study of Acupuncture Manipulation Combined with Traction on Treating Cervicalspondylotic Radiculopathy

Observing the clinical efficacy of acupuncture massage traction treatment to treat nerve root type of cervical spondylosis. Methods： 120 patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type were randomly divided into 2 groups： the treatment group （60 cases, give acupuncture massage traction treatment; the control group 60 cases, simply to give acupuncture treat- ment）. Each treatment was given 1 times a day, five times for a period of treatment, after 2 days rest, went to the next course of treatment. After four treatments, evaluated the curative effects. Results ： The total effective rate of the treatment group and the controlled group respectively were 95.0% and 71.6% , the treatment group compared with controlled group with significant difference （P 〈0. 05 ）. Compared the two groups of patients before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral, the treatment group had very significant improvement （P 〈0. 01 ） ; the controlled group was significantly improved （P 〈0.05 ） ; in TCM symptom score before and after the treatment, the treatment group compared with the controlled group with sig- nificant difference （P 〈0. 05）. In addition, the therapeutic effects of the treatment group were better than that of the controlled group. Conclusion： Acupuncture massage traction treatment is an effective therapy for the cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy who deserves soreading in clinic.
